Martin and his assistant were very professional and polite. Completed the work on both of my appliances, (washer and dryer). Did not complain about the appliances being in a cabinet; they just went to work on both and ensure that they were working properly.

Martin was a good technician. Knows what he's doing and explained everything to us. The only downfall and of no fault of his is that the parts dept did not give him the part for my washing machines on 2 days so he had to go and buy the part so I wouldn't have to reschedule again for a 3rd time
