It was fast , thank ful for our tech Omar letting us know to check our filter twice per month,even though we change the filter once per month also he filled 2 lbs of Freon , he explained the process well . He asked us to hose down the system after he leaves , over all a good job. Thank you Omar

The young man who came here was great, diagnosed the situation and told me what I needed to do. What I wasn't happy with was the fact that it could have been diagnosed by an online person, since I just needed a new knob, which seems to cost between 15 and 20$!! I should never have had to pay 129$ for this!!

Driver parked in corner street, I live on 1st Avenue not the side street. He refused to turn around and come into my drive way correctly!! Very stubborn and childish. Technicians need to follow address and not their silly GPS that perhaps is wrong!! However, we did clear the air at the end but just gave a diagnosis. Don't know about the Sears commotion. I really expected much better service!!

The technician we had today was great and replaced our icemaker in the refrigerator. The problem is with Sears Home Warranty set up. You can never speak to a human being and going through their automated systems is cumbersome. After signing into their website, it does not show any open Service requests that you have and the website is virtually useless. Yesterday we had an appointment for a service call, and they will give you a window from 8 AM to 5 PM where you need to be home! They are supposed to give you an email or a text when the technician is on his way but we did not receive Anything. Then at 2:39 PM I got a text that the technician came to our house and no one was home. This is false, as I was at home after spending all day waiting for the technician. We rescheduled it for today and everything went well. When our last service issue is met, I will be looking for another warranty company.

Vacuum it didn’t take 5 minutes is so much for what the insurance cost honestly for the chip job they do
