Extremely disappointed in the "no" service the technician (Kori) claimed to have provided. Falsifying we did not answer a confirmed call so he cancelled the appointment. Irritating even after the appointment was confirmed multiple times via text. Then Kori claims (on receipt ) to have uploaded photos that were never even taken. Kori- if you don't like your job; find a different career. Your negligence affects a lot of customers who depend on service. Sears- Kori immediately needs ethical training.

I had the worst experience ever. I took the day off work to make sure I was home when the technician showed up. I kept checking the status since the time kept changing. Then I got an email with my receipt stating that the technician claimed I refused the service. This is ridiculous. I literally started crying. I have cameras in front of my house and no one ever came. I am still stuck with no AC and missed a day of work for absolutely no reason. On top of that, I received an email saying to rate my technician Kory. I am in disbelief.

Appointment was for 8-12, at 4:30 I got a "receipt" that I had declined the service. They never showed and someone got lazy and submitted it as "complete". Called and they said they couldn't do anything because I was part of home warranty. I would have to submit another claim and wait again for an appointment. Its 115 here in Phoenix and this is unacceptable.

Your technician never showed up. He was supposed to come on Wednesday. I received a text that it was rescheduled Thursday and Noone came. Your company gets zero stars. Ii would appreciate if you would not pickup any more jobs for me that my warranty company puts out there.

Nothing was done Tech guy couldn't do anything as I unplugged the Refrigerator?? No One told me to not unplug it ??

The service was not great, two tech came but they diagnosed wrongly. Took about a month to get the parts and get the repair service. Unfortunately, The refrigerator was not fixed. I call Sears service and I was told that I need to make a new claim and pay to the tech again for another diagnosis. The Sears company did not honor the repair warranty that was made by their technicians. I was told to wait 48 hours to see if their repair fixed the problem. It had passed 6 days since the technician showed to fix my refrigerator and this one still with the same problem. Sear has the name only not the service they used to have.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst service ever. $250 diagnostic fee to have the problem misdiagnosed multiple times. Months of waiting, no repair, and no option to speak with anyone who can help solve the problem. It's basically fraud!
