    I was very happy with my Sears repair service. It was easy to work on mine, the service technician was in touch before arriving, he was courteous and professional, he left my laundry room clean and neat. It was a great experience.

  2. Incomplete Unresolved service

    Technician checked on stove burner and I explained the burner is unusable as it runs hot and burns the food anytime it is used. The burner does not work and needs to be replaced or fixed. Was told sears will not replace or do anything as burner works. I expect this to be resolved yet.

  3. Horrible

    Repairman out twice. He put on a new carburetor this last time and could not get the RPM's up. He kind of looked at it for 15 minutes and said he could not fix. Demanded payment. I am disabled and thought it would be better trying to talk to someone about getting someone else out to fix it. Hard to talk to anyone as when I called all of a sudden after being on hold for ten minutes a message said they could not answer my call.

    Doesn’t know what’s wrong with it. Tried to charge us $50 more for opening the back panel,, that should have been part of dx. Basically said “ I don’t know what is going on with the washer, cleared error codes, use less soap” Update.... still have error codes... don’t know why!! Goodbye $99 dollars... for NOTHING!!!

  6. Bad Service. Not technicians fault.

    I was told the water heater was under warranty when I made my appointment and then paid $95.00 for diagnostic fee and was told it was NOT under warranty. I requested refund of $95.00 and received nothing.

  7. Good Service

    The servictechnician showed up with within the time. The only complaint I have is that when putting on the gasket, it is wrinkled at the bottom of the freezer and the door does not shut all the way. A new technician is coming this week to hopefully correct the problem.
