Spancer provided all needed information and done great job, however my refrigerator is out of service since 11/11/23. He could not find the parts to fix the refrigerator. Now is time for Sers to their job to response and resolve the issue.

Richard is the the best technician we have ever had. He listens to us and isn't afraid to tear apart a machine to get to the root of the problem. He explains the working of the machine in detail and makes sure its right when he leaves.
