The technician that service my riding mower ordered the incorrect parts after I had provided him with the mowers manual, which he declined to use when ordering parts. When he arrived to complete the service and install the parts, he had to go in search of the correct belts and took an extremely long time to get them installed and change the oil. I doubt I will be using this service again.

The only downside was that we had to wait 8 days (due to scheduling) before the repair man arrived. You need to develop a better plan for response time.

I have a maintenance agreement on all my appliances & TV's. I have used them over the years & it has been awesome. I was having problems with my microwave & he ordered parts for it & a new part for my stove all with no charge

Very happy with tech and repair. My only complaint is the arrival window was from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. - he arrived at 4:45, so we waited all day. It would be nice if the approximate arrival time could be narrowed down to a couple hours or at least a.m. or p.m.
