Tim was here within 45 minutes of me requesting an appointment on online. The was awesome. Excellent service! Unfortunately the Samsung refrigerator was less than seven years old and unrepairable. Freeze cooling system plugged.

Timothy was on time, knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed my problem. As for Sears service, labor is very expensive. Cost for service almost prevented me from having a new icemaker installed.

Jake is a professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled repair technician. He did a great job of communicating, assisting with a schedule change, and ultimately repairing our dishwasher quickly and completely. I highly recommend his work!

Jake was outstanding...
However, after several appointment confirmations by both text and email for almost a week prior to my appointment and the arrival of the required parts, my appointment was cancelled without explanation at 2pm on the day of the appointment after I had been on standby since 8am. 6 wasted hours. It was rescheduled, again without any attempt with coordination for the next day. Calls to Sears Home Repair call center were unproductive and very hard to understand. I was cut off 3 times trying to talk to a supervisor after waiting a half hour on hold each time.... Again, the repairman was great after he showed up a date late. Here is my recommendation - 1) get a call center in the US, and 2) at least provide an explanation when you cancel or move an appointment that was scheduled for a week with multiple reminders from you. You completely dropped the ball on this appointment. I have also sent correspondence to American Home Shield in the hopes that they will revisit their contract with Sears.
