  5. Amazing repairman-Horrible customer service

    We live in the Eastern Washington desert. Our air conditioning was out for 2 months before the part came. Numerous calls and hours spent on the phone did not expedite the service. When the repairman came he realized the part didn't have any of the right attachments. It was 100 degrees that day and he said he wouldn't leave until it was done. He had to fabricate all of the connections. He bought parts in our little town and used copper tubing we had to make the connections. He made the wrong part work. You are very lucky to have such a skilled person working for you. We had been enduring temps over 100 while our a/c was out. I am so grateful for him. But your scheduling service leaves much to be desired. Getting the parts and appointments scheduled was a nightmare.

    Service on the 23rd of Jan was a stress relief. Sears tech new what he was doing compared to the tech that was here the week before. The week before the tech spent 5 mins total ran a test said everything was good and it did nothing. A waste of your company's money since it was under warranty. Also when you have no set appt. time it ruins your whole day to wait and then not get squat done. However, last service tech said we could ask for him. So all is good.

    When us customers call you with the code that the appliance is giving de people answering the phones should know what the code means and save the tech a trip , specially when its something simple
