  6. Dish could not do the maintenance service

    The dish tech showed up with NO pad to protect the hardwood flooring when he would pull out the refrigerator. So we did not have him do anything. He said Dish did not provide their techs with floor protectors. Every other year Sears has come to do our maintenance, the Sears tech had a floor protector. I called to re-schedule and kept getting Sears reps in foreign countries who I had a very hard time understanding their English. Finally I asked for a supervisor who assured me that a SEARS tech from A& E would come next Sat, Aug 18th, and she'd send and email to confirm. I never got the confirmation emaiil, so I called again and was told again they would send a confirm email. It's been 2 days and I've never gotten one. Why Sears would use a company to perform refrig maintenance that does not arrive with floor protectors when part of the maintenance is to get behind the refrigerator is just beyond stupid. I feel I have totally wasted my $$$$$ to keep up my service agreement, and have no idea if the person who comes this coming Sat will have a floor protector or if I really even have a scheduled appointment.

    Unfortunately, nothing could be done for my 10 year old microwave broken handle. I paid dearly to have him come this far and tell me that. I told the person, that made the appointment, exactly what was wrong. They should have told me it could not be done. Sears made money on me.
