Our repairman was prompt, courteous, and so good! The entire appointment took maybe 15 minutes, and our dishwasher has worked perfectly since.
My technician was very clear with what he was doing. He repaired the item as cheaply as possible. He even gave me some good advice about another appliance
I was a big fan of Sears repair and always recommended them but not anymore after my last experience. Sell our home and I noticed that the one burner on the gas stove was not working. Called out sears to fix. 1st repairman said, no problem but I have to order a new part (burner) for $300+. Waited about 10 days and after two calls back a 2nd repairman came out with the part. He said that to replace that burner he had to remove the other 3 good burners and would probably break them getting them off. Basically the stove was un-repairable with 3 days left to closing. I had to scramble around and buy a new stove (as good a quality or better) that was in-stock and available to install the next day. What a fiasco.Hi, there!
