    So glad I called Sears service. The repair man was so knowledgeable and professional and even drove 20 miles to pick up the part and come back to install it in the same day. Great experience

  9. New oven Service

    Validated the new oven was working correctly. Sears needs to reduce the schedule window from 4 hours to 2 hours. It is very inconvenient for the customer to take time off of work and sit around waiting for someone to show up. It shouldn't be that difficult to schedule a service in a shorter time window.
