This service is terrible. I want to cancel my contracts but you do not allow me to reach Contracts Dept or a Supervisor without getting to a loop of anyone that can help. I have been on hold and waiting for over 30 hours of music. 17 call center agents from India or the Philippines. If you ask for a Supervisor most say they do not have one. One transferred me and after 5 minutes the recording said "NO ONE IS WORKING IN THIS DEPARTMENT! AND THEN DISCONNECTED. The tech rarely even turns the machines on and says they are working great. Maybe he is a psychic??? I need someone who cares to help me cancel my contracts from 2 houses and many appliances. You have ripped me off for the last few years. Transformco you are a sham. Shame on you!!! I have been with Sears for about 18 years. This is beyond horrible. Buyer beware.Dear Diane, We apologize for the difficulties your recent service has caused. The Sears service was excellent. In a short time my gas cook top, circa 1993, was fully operating, like new. I would highly recommend the Sears home appliance service.Thank you for sharing your great rating! We thank you for choosing Sears, and hope you recommend us to your friends and family.

The man who came out was thoughtful, personable, courteous, well spoken, was clean, gave good information appropriate to my situation, all good. However, the person who called to inform me of the time change was useless, for I couldn't understand him and had to call. The woman who set up the appointment gave me one time (Monday) but wrote down a different one (Wednesday) - which worked. When I discovered the following morning after the service that I was exposed to COVID, I called Sears within 10 minutes, but the person who "chatted" with me clearly didn't bother to read what I wrote and didn't bother to read the words "service yesterday" and wasted time trying to make a new appointment. Pity the serviceman was the ONLY good part of the experience. My review is only of the servicemen, for the rest of you blew it.Kathy, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. Repairman never came, so still no washer/dryer repair. Next repair date June 24-unless they don’t show up again. Part has been here almost two months. The problem was with the oven. The tech took apart the range top to check for gas leaks and now the burners won't work. Sears says they can't send a tech until April 20.
