after initial appointment was made there was no communication or the ability to contact anyone. the parts were delayed which is out of your control but when they did arrive no one seemed to know that. i got two automated calls saying they were going to cancel my appointment if i didn't contact them but there was no way to do so. on the other hand i was more than happy with the technician. promt and, courteous and efficient. i would rate him five stars.Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your rating and review. They stick a big guidelines box over the review text box so I can't see what i am typing brilliant. the guy did a great job -- a ridiculous price of 460 to replace the rubber seal on our freezer was not necessary thanks to his careful job re attaching and sealing it back in againThank you, Kate for your 5-star rating! Said we didn’t have an issue at all, charged us, and we still have the same issue. Very dissatisfied. Never received a copy of the receipt either. I never saw him even check the temperature of the refrigerator or freezer. Nothing like my previous service.Hi, we would like to provide you with some assistance regarding the issue you are having. He quickly turned on the burners but did not even check the oven temp.
