It took forever. Waited a month for service. Then they ordered parts and finally came back a month later to fix the problem. Two months is terrible service in anyone's book. No excuse for such poor service.

Sears came a few weeks ago to service my central air. The technician did a complete check on the system, replaced a part and added coolant.
