I could not be more disappointed with the service. I now have a pronounced smell of leaking gas coming from my stove which the repair man did not fix. I never had a smell of leaking gas before and I have tried to explain this in a chat but got no response fro Sears. I have been billed and paid more than $500 for nothing but a gas leak and I am very angry. I first called for a year maiontenance checkand made appointment on 11/08/2022 for 11/15/2022. Tech had to come back multiple times to finally repair washer. Whenever the water heater starts up, we get a distinct smell of gas. Aug. 1st - Your technician came out and did nothing ---Even left my home without consulting with me - $160 spent with warranty company Aug. 2nd - another Sear tech came out- I guess did what he could to get house cool. Every year we have our washer and dryer's preventive maintenance check. This month when we had our yearly service the nicest and most polite technicians came and did our checkup.
