Tech was courteous, knowledgeable, fast and pleasant

I think the service is good, but I happen to disagree with the technician’s opinion of what is wrong with the freezer door. The door does not close squarely and as a consequence, I am getting ice buildup in the freezer. This is the second time in the past several months this has happened. The Tech says I am not closing the freezer door. When you look at the side of the freezer door, you can clearly see it is not aligned or squarley closing correctly.

The good: The service was prompt and professional; the technician was courteous, friendly, and went out of his way to show us what was wrong. The bad: We had to call back-back often and argue to get the service scheduled to occur in a reasonable time. Not what I would expect for a customer that pays for a Master Protection Agreement.

The service met my expectations and the technician was very professional and courteous.

The service guy was knowledgable and knew what part needed replaced. The customer service person(s) on the phone calls to follow up on when the part comes in and getting the service guy back to fix the hvac. were lousy. I got disconnected and then called back and was hung up on. Communication marked poor below is for customer service. There was no sense of urgency to rush part and get service guy back asap. To fix it. I have a child, we went without heat for 5 nights.
