  2. This rating is reflective of Dan, the repairman, ONLY! Everyone and everything else surrounding this 48 day nightmare would get a zero rating!

    Repairman great...all else was horrible...horrible wait times on the phone, at least 4 cancelled appointments, finally offered $50...really?? Appliance under warranty. Finally learned my lesson...no more appliances from Sears. Told refrigerator and air conditioning only qualify for emergency appointments. There are no words to describe our level of aggravation! Again...48 days???

    I have had a contract for service and this is the first time they cleaned the fan. This service was included I'm our contract but he was the only tech that completed the service the way it should have been done.
