Tech worked hard to identify problem, but solution did not fix problem. After four weeks from initial appointment, I need to schedule another appointment.Hi Pamela, we do apologize that your repair for your refrigerator is taking longer than you were expecting. Unfortunately, repairs are not a guaranteed one time fix and our techs do their best to get resolution as soon as possible. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and value your patience. Thank you.

He arrived long after he said he would and spent the entire time complaining about how he couldn’t get service at our apartment - something that was hardly our fault. I made it clear when I booked our appointment that if someone couldn’t be there by 3:00, we needed a different day and I was assured that wouldn’t be a problem. The repair man called at 11:45 and said he would be there in 2-3 hours. By 3:30, I had to call him and see where he was, because I had to leave to pick up my son at 4:00. He said he would be there at 5:00, so I rushed out the door to go get my son and be back in time, but did not make it before the repair man arrived. My husband left his job to come let him in (we live at a boarding school, where my husband is responsible for the safety of 200 children.) Then, my husband had to step out of the apartment for a few minutes to deal with an emergency, and during this time, the repair man opened a closed door in our apartment that was keeping our dog away from him. Our dog has EXTREME anxiety and has bitten a repair man before, so we were appalled that he would open the door to a room in our home without us directing him to. Luckily nothing happened with our dog, but it was completely inappropriate.Hi Cortney, thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback.
