Over the last four years asking for work on an extended warranty for my lawn / snow tractor has been a tedious months long process. I was prepared for the lengthy, difficult process to fix my low power tractor the winter snow blower season. I called on a Thursday and a service person showed up on Monday. The fix was extremely simple and a few parts are on order that are scheduled to arrive Friday. The service person seemed to happy and enjoying his job. This is giving me hope that Sears will return as a premier retailer again. If only you could reduce the expected arrival time down from 8 hours to a 4 hour window.

Excellent response. Obtained repair items in 2 days. Washer now runs perfectly! Major accomplishment for a washer that is well over 20 years old! Glad I got Sears rather than a new washer as they tend, according to neighbors, to break after a few years1

I was so pleased with my technician, he was very professional and kind and went above and beyond, both times he has been to my house. When he arrived he had already had a long, long day and was still quick and efficient. Probably the best service man Sears has sent to my house in 20 years. I think they should give him a raise.

I had a technician come to replace a part on my dishwasher. He was late getting there after I had blocked my day. The scheduled appointment window was between 10am-2pm. He came at 3pm. He wsa very nice, courteous and helpful. He replaced the part and explained what he was doing. He ran a diagnostic and told me the dishwasher was working. It ran twice, and then 2 days later failed to run in exactly the same way it had failed when I first called 2 weeks ago. Two weeks without a functioning dishwasher is a long time - especially when I have paid for a master service agreement.

Waited for over a week to have a new compressor installed, lasted 2 days and stopped working.

Great service. The repair man was kind, friendly, clean and punctual. He diagnosed the problem and tracked down the part so my dryer would be fixed day of and I wouldn’t have to wait for him to come back again. I appreciated him so much.

There was no service requested in July 2019. We did know who requested this service for us. Last service on our Kenmore washer was done in April 2019 by Kenmore technician Aaron Vaanderbilt and it was an excellent performance. Thank you! Rating below goes to service done in April 2019.

It is bad when we have to have you come out 3 times until the service we requested was completed and over $300 later. I have not yet used the washing machine but I am hopeful the leak is no longer there.
