He has to come back again as he said the soft water control button needed to be replaced. The first guy didn't pick up on this but the second guy did. He replaced my control switch that controls the spin cycle. The clothes are no longer wet after going through the spin cycle which is good.

I have been with Sears M.A. for more teas than I can remember, and the service tech that came out, Daniel, has always been just super.

This was a great experience having a professional come and do the work. I’ve had apprentice people come without a mentor. So it was nice to have a Pro in here.
