I’ve been without an oven for two months now. When the repairman finally arrived he was two hours late and had the wrong parts. He then told us he didn’t want to make the drive back to our house and that he would mail the right parts to our house and we would have to fix it ourselves.Dear Rebecca, thank you for taking the time to rate your most recent service with Sears. We had him repair something a week ago he was just as great this time

He came ontime, kept the area clean, and gave us tips to keep the machines clean from dog hair.

Washer was down for a week and a half since the part had to be ordered. Otherwise, service was good.

The guy that came didn’t even really look at it he just assumed he knew what the problem was and when he went to put in the “New” part it was damaged so he had to go get a different one that he had rolling around in his van I’m sure put it in and left. My icemaker still does not produce ice so I quickly called him back the same day and he supposedly ordered me a different part. It is yet to be fixed
