  1. No good mower repair July 22 2015

The mower is still backfiring and overheating the muffler shields. Obviously, something more than replace the carburetor and suggest that I not use stabilized fuel must be done. Two and a half more weeks' wait till they send someone. Hopefully, they'll really fix the mower.

  2. finally able to enough ice

    Overall rating

The service team had to take a few runs at this older refrigerator. But using research, they were finally able to find the parts and get this thing making ice like it should! I only gave four stars for repair expertise, not because of the repairman, but the overall number of trips made. Probably because of the age of the unit, parts were harder to find. If new refrigerators had adequate size ice makers, I'd have bought a new one. But thanks again to the service team, that allows me to keep the old one running like new, keeping me with the ice I need, and also the extra refrigerator /freezer space that's a must for my family.

Technician seemed to correct the problem so far. He was very polite. Had to call someone else several times to ask questions, which was okay.
