We are very happy with Sears. Our account with Sears goes back to the 70's.

It took over a month to repair. Had to replace ever part to get a new refrigerator to work. He forgot to put part back on bottom front where coils are located. I'm not able to do so. I purchased new washer,dryer,refrigerator and stove last November and I'm disappointed

I had all of my appliances checked on the same day. Three different Technicians came to the house. They all were professional and efficient.
