    Technician was good but getting a service appointment was HORRIBLE!! I had to wait too long for an appointment for service then even longer for an appointment when the parts arrived!!

    Problem solved but it took 11 days to get a person out. Initially was told arrival time would be any time between 8 AM and 5 PM and that the person would call the night before to narrow it down. No call the prior evening but did call the next morning stating he was on the way.

    At first the repairman called my office instead of my home where the range is. He was a little late getting there. but he got it fixed.
