It took two trips because of some complications but they did a great job of fixing our microwave.

So glad to get a responsible serviceman so far out in the country.

I was extremely happy with my repair it was quick and I didn't feel like there was much to it.

Yearly checkups have kept my washer and dryer in great condition.

I had a 12 yr warranty Kenmore water heater start leaking about 2 weeks before the warranty went out. Sears gave me a new heater and I had it installed by a local plumbing company since Sears does not do installations at this time here. Thank you!!!

Wasn't crazy about the people who answered the phone to make the appointment. Obviously following a script., not allowed to make any kind of intelligent comment
