part installed fell off..muffler requires 4 bolts to attach muffler to frame..I had waited from 8am till 430pm .this 8-5 time frame is not customer friendly..I have tried to get tech to bring part instead of making 2 trips 2 weeks apart...Speaking to a person that knows anything about a lawnmower ...??????Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention! 3rd times a charm, lol they were all very nice. Suggestion, one person should follow thru your problem cause different guys on same call do catch up.

Poor follow up on repair of ice maker. Repair man was here on time and replaced ice maker. When the ice maker had not made any ice in 24hrs I contacted Sears and was told that they didn't have anyone who could come back and check the ice maker. Would call next week... never received a call back. It took 72 hrs before ice maker began to make a few ice cubes then another 24hrs for it to begin making ice. I don't think a new refrigerator with an ice maker takes 4 days to make ice. Not a happy customer.Hi! We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.
