Repairman was very professional , gave full, clear explanation of situation. Very happy with service, from call-in to finished visit.

mt my call was for dryer not drying.serviceman came to my home sick, really didn't do anything to take care of the issue, was informed to get another company to clean vent duct, and exited the house.

Nice to have someone show up when told they would and that knew what to do.

I was told it could not be fixed. It's just a fault of the way it was made and the company will not fix it and I hope they change the next design. I had the plan to where it was suppose to be made good. I will no longer buy an extended warranty on any item.

Repair was done by an awesome technician. Came in did the work, found the problem fixed it and was on his way to the next job.

The service was great called on Monday had service technician out on Wednesday. Found the problem and fixed it then and there. I only could dry two loads as we are in the middle of a remodel, and the machine need to be moved.
