my oven stopped working the repair man knew what was wrong and fixed right.

My oven broke down 2 weeks and 1 day away from Thanksgiving. We called Sears the minute it broke due to Thanksgiving being here so quick. We were given an appointment the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Sears did order a part and told us when it got here to call back and they would try and push out date up, did not happen. I took a day off from work because I set the appointment between 8 and Noon. About 10 am I checked the estimated time of arrival and found it had been moved to between 12 and 2 PM. then after it got around 130 PM I rechecked and we had been rescheduled to between 4 and 6PM. I called in and Sears apologized and offered me a free sit down for cabinets or carpet. It finally got fixed.

I had the service when I was in Tampa, fl they are good.

My repair person came about an hour earlier the the projected time(between 8am & 12:00. New what the problem was repaired and left. Very pleased
