The technician came out on Tuesday to fix a cooling issue with my refrigerator/freezer. It end up being the compressor which required changing out. The technician had all the parts on the truck along with the skills to make the needed repairs.

Technician came last week and I was satisfied with his instructions.

I ordered this service to help me figure out why there is a popping noise coming from the refrigerator. However, for the duration that the technician was there (~10 min), there was no noise and he just surmised that compressor is the problem. He powered on and off and came to the conclusion. However, I paid $100 for not a theoretical feedback. Wish he could have stayed for more time, listened to it and gave me a confident answer.

They were early in both cases and got the job done quickly.
