    I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service I just had with my dryer. It took three weeks, 3 orders of parts and 3 technicians to finally get my dryer fixed. I had to drive 20 miles one way to dry my clothes for that 3 weeks (twice a week). I am supposed to be reimbursed for the drying and travel but have been unable to get any conformation from anyone. I reported it and was told I would hear back in 24 hours by phone and email. I have heard nothing. I have spent over 2 hours on hold waiting to talk to some one. I have sent 2 emails from Sears sights and no one emails me back. I will not buy another appliance from Sears in fact just had to buy a new washing machine from a competitor. Paid 1/4 the price for the extended warranty.

    He was able to replace the two parts however, we are still experiencing a problem with the ice maker.
