  1. Service could be alot better.

    It took over a week to get service scheduled. The parts that were mailed to us were not the parts needed. The part had to be reordered & it is taking over a week for them to return with the correct part for the repair.

  7. Second Time Around Was Great

    The serviceman that came by the second time to fix the dryer was excellent. The rating is 5 stars for the 2nd serviceman, but it would have been a 1 star for the 1st serviceman that said nothing was wrong with the dryer. All the ratings that are given are all for the last serviceman that fix the problem that should have been taken care of before.

  8. Took 2 months to repair icemaker

    Took a ridiculously long time to repair a small under-counter icemaker. Rep @ call center (when I first reported issue) ordered a part. Tech arrived & asked why I ordered that part. He said I didn't need that part. He ordered 3 more parts & put in new repair date. Only 2 of 3 parts came in. Date rescheduled again. Different techs came out, spent 4 hrs putting in parts. New compressor (1 of the parts ordered) was defective. Techs left & put in order for new compressor. 2 new parts come in. Get a call 1 day in advance that techs coming out (was not scheduled with me first). I couldn't be there. Had to reschedule again. 3 more techs come out. 2 months later, I finally have a working ice-maker again. All techs friendly, except for 1st one. Poor, poor communications.

    Thanks for sharing! We regret the communication issues throughout the repair process, but are happy to hear the technicians were able to assist you and your ice maker is now functioning.
