    First visit 5 minutes. Second visit 5 minutes tech ordered wrong part. Third visit was not happy. 9 hours for me 25 minutes Sears cost me 179 dollars in service fees

    The tech arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, was friendly and very familiar with the issues I was having with my washer. I couldn't be more pleased with the service!

  7. Very nice tech. He has been here 3 years running.

    Explains to my understanding, why things are correct and functioning as they should. Please note, tech was not a repairman, so "repair expertise" is a N/A but that is not a choice and survey would not let me continue without marking something.
