I am so tired of your service. This is the 7th time your service man has been out and the refrigerator still will not work!!! What is it with you people??? In spite of the poor service man getting sick and not feeling good at all. He diagnosed the problem right away. Fixed the issue, we were extremely pleased. The only issue I had, was,I wish he would have given me an option to clean under the washer he fixed before he put is back in place.

Tech said there’s nothing for him to check being our freezer began working again. Now we’re afraid it will fail again and we will lose more food.

After looking at freezer the technician was going to put on a new thermostat but when he called his supervisor and would not let him do it because freezer was in garage. I told him the freezer had been in garage for 10 years and Sears had done maintenance on it and never had a problem but answer was still no. Technician could not fix without his supervisor’s clearance. Technician also found a clogged drain that he could undo.
