    Excellent service. Technician was curteous & knowledgeable. TV is working, which was the complaint. However now you HAVE to use the remote to turn it on/off; you can't do it manually, & power indicator light doesn't work. Small price to pay after waiting months for repair to be completed. My understanding is there is only one tv technician in our service area, so he's spread pretty thin.

  8. Great technician - poor back-up for him

    Our time-frame for our technician to arrive (for the second time) was 8-5 on Saturday. We reserved the entire day for this event not knowing the time of day he would arrive. Our technician arrived around 2:00 pm with another technician to assist. The part we needed was sent to us by a mail carrier (FedEx, UPS?) When the technician arrived and looked in the box that had been sent to us, he was thoroughly disappointed, as were we, that the wrong part had been shipped to us. We needed a cook top part and we were sent a television part.( This is the second time this kind of thing has happened using your services.) Now, we have a third time scheduled to fix the same problem, while we await the shipment of the correct part. No complaints about the technicians, but the support for our "fix" was obviously messed up somewhere else.
