Richard was great!
Loved having Richard. I felt like I was in good hands and he provided excellent service. As far as the company goes, I think it would be good to communicate the needs of the customer clearly to the technician. I provided info, pictures, and a description of what services I needed. Richard was unable to move the stackable because he was the only person here and to have someone else come would have been an additional charge. It should have been communicated that we have a stackable to get the complete service. Additionally, I thought drying vent cleaning was included in the service. My recommendations are better communication from company to customer and technician. Luckily, Richard was great and this helped with our experience.
