The technician arrived and appeared to be very tired. Maybe because of the work load but my idea of service is oil change, spark plug, replacing of drive belt and complete check of fluids. This was not done and the 95 dollars service charge was supposed to be deducted from the cost if the repair was completed by the tech. This was not done and I am not happy with the price I paid to change a belt.

Barron came out and was very professional and courteous. Educated me on what was going on with our refrigerator.

This is the second time in 90 days for this repair. Most of the time has involved waiting on what appears to be an inferior part in that the issue from the first repair has become evident in the second repair in less than two weeks.We apologize for the refrigerator not being repaired the first time. We have sent you separately an email requesting additional information.
