    My ratings are for the technician: Frank. I could not have asked for better service or patience. My ratings for the Sears customer service process: especially appointment window would be far lower. e.g. The appointment window was from 8 AM-5 PM= miss an entire work day, repair cost is lost wages + repair bill. The technician called me from another ticket location at 12:30 telling me he would be at my home from 4-6 PM. He had another ticket stop before mine. It takes 2 hours just to drive (not stop) from his calling location to the middle location to my home. So why was I required to be home at 8 AM? Also because the location of the credit card shows as a physical out-of-state location, my payment was declined and my card disabled out of security concerns. When it first declined, the technician said it's probably because it is showing up as being in Raleigh, NC. (My credit union confirmed this later). So it had happened before.
