    They fixed our washer and offered to blow out or vacuum our dryer. So thankful they did, because we were probably close to having a fire after seeing what they recovered from the inside filters.

  3. Good & fast repair

    I liked that the service guy was able to fix our door ice maker quickly & save us some $$. He was a refrigeration service man & I was hoping for a generalist bc I had also listed on the ticket that I wanted the service call person to look at our microwave not rotating. I don't want to pay another Sears service call so I'm looking elsewhere.

  10. Refrigerator repair/maintenance? Not hardly!

    It was impossible to get your service department to schedule an appointment for repair without jumping through a million hopps! Fortunately the problem I was having with my refrigerator appeared to have resolved itself so I didn't need a repair man. I made an appointment for routine maintenance check. My appointment was supposed to be between 8 am & 12 pm. No one had arrived by 2:30; nor did they give us the courtesy of calling to say they were running late. I called to check on the arrival time. Your customer service person asked me the same question several times before saying what I had already told her, "Your technician is late". When the technician arrived, he said he had asked "Them" to call and let us know he was running late, but no one ever did. The service man was there for about 10 minutes. He looked at the compressor and said everything looks fine. That was the extent of our maintenance check. I thought there would be more to it than that considering the amount we paid for the maintenance agreement. We told the technician that the lightbulb in the freezer have gone out and we weren't sure what type of bulb or size it took. He told us what size bulb it took, but we thought he would at least leave us one. We are not impressed with any part of your maintenance team

    Thanks for the feedback, Allan and Laura. It is unfortunate that the technician was late. We will let the service unit know about this so that they can investigate. Also, please keep in mind that Protection Agreements do not cover light bulbs, filters etc just like car warranties do not cover oil changes.
