    The technician was rude and argumentative from the outset. He had installed the broken part incorrectly nine months prior, took great exception to my concern about this, and only admitted it upon his departure. He did not re-install the dishwasher properly and refused to correct it. I discovered the next morning that he had also broken the countertop seal during the service call. I initiated a damage claim. The process is not reasonable for this instance. I scheduled another dishwasher service call, and my husband repaired the countertop seal while the dishwasher was out. The new technician properly re-installed the dishwasher. Very poor experience with Sears. Very disappointed with the quality and service issues encountered with the Kenmore Elite appliances we purchased in 2007. Will not purchase any more Sears appliances. I have been a loyal Sears appliance customer my entire adult life. Very disappointed in the decline of the company.
