    He said it was fixed. It wasn't fixed. So we are going another week without a dryer waiting for the next service tech to arrive

    Very poor experience with this tech. We had to call for a revisit because to problem was not fixed. Also, this tech will never be allowed in our home again. He used parts from someone else's broken part to attempt to repair ours. This is totally out of character for sears repairs. Our new repair appointment is for Friday Feb 26th.

    Setting up theme for service was easy and the gentleman was able to come early and provided great advice for concerns as well as checking all the appliances.

  10. Product dissatisfaction, but last technician great

    We have had many problems with the refrigerator - and the long wait times in getting scheduled repair times. Our last technician was great, but he had to come to finish the repairs his predecessor left undone the day before.
