    My 1st repair appointment was on 11/2/15; the repair technician told me I had given incorrect information regarding the reason for repair, which was completely false. A part should've been ordered, and wasn't; he ordered the part, and told me it would be delivered at my home that week. Then he told me the next appointment available was on 11/18/15, because appointments are only available 2 days per week!! This is absolutely unheard of, and EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!! It shouldn't matter if you're located in a rural area or not!! WOW!! I incurred property damage to the appliance repaired, the appliance beside it, as well as the floor!! I expect so much more from Sears Home Services!! EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with this service so far!! HORRIBLE!!

    Everyone you talk to tells you something different. We were flooded out and the locale sears store told us sears was replacing our washer because it was less than a year old and we had a masterf repair plan, the 1st person we talked to said no because it was an act of God, got transferred 2 times and the supervisor said a repairman would have to be sent out to make sure it could not be fixed, after the second app. the repairman showed up and said it could not be repaired. got a # (8006597078) and they said it could not be replaced because an act of God. Apparently no one at Sears knows what the other is doing or saying and we lost a complete house full of Sears appliances that was going to be replaced with other Sears appliances but I really doubt that is going to happen now. Some of the contact people with sears ( esp. the ones not in the US) left me with a very bad opinion of Sears service.
