  8. the worst, very sad !

    You sent me a bad tech from Providence, twice. First guy had to evaluate and order parts, waited 2 weeks for part to come in and finally had to call them to see if part came in. then made appointment to have part put in which was cancelled and had to re-schedule. New guy comes with part (LED light control panel- lights were flickering like a strobe light.) puts part in and did not fix the problem. They were both on their phones with other techs to try and figure problem out. The second tech said they could not fix it. Sears would be in touch with a resolution for a new fridge. Sears called with a cash offer for a new one due to it still being under warranty. Thank god I paid for an extended warranty. It still cost me 300 dollars out of pocket to cover extra cost of new fridge, All of this because LED lights would not work in both fridge and freezer. Very sad Experience was not impressed. That's what happens when you source out repair work to techs who don't know what their doing.
