My washer repair was done quickly and totally covered by my maintenance agreement.

I used the repair service a week ago, and the service provided fixed the issue. The technician was excellent. I am not happy, however, with having to wait a week for a Sears service call.

I called the first time and the repair man was coming but there was a communication problem and I missed him. But the repair man did his job and it made ice once. But didn't make it after. I buy kenmore and used to brag about sears. Now I'm not so sure I want any more of there products
