James arrived when we expected him. He was very polite, professional, and personable. He diagnosed the problem with our ice-maker quickly, fixed the problem, and made sure the refrigerator ice-maker was working properly before leaving. I hope if I ever need another appliance repaired "James" is the technician they send.
