Scheduled for first thing in morning but was last appt of the day

My husband is an HVAC service tech and if he only took 3 minutes to look at your furnace or a/c, you WOULD NOT be a happy camper! The gentleman was friendly enough, but DID NOTHING BUT LOOK in 2 different doors on the dryer, then was DONE. My hubby stood and watched him, so we know what was )was NOT) done. I thought he was in need of a part when he came out of the basement so fast! I just cancelled my Sears credit card and will NOT purchase any appliances at Sears again. This was a purchase I should not have made because of a problem I had as soon as I got the washer home; was sold on the 5 year warranty!) But, thank you for at least the inquiry.

I am always very happy with the service from Sears.

This was the yearly check-up on my maintenance agreement. The expertise of the serviceman was helpful and educational.
