Delayed repairs on both appliances ?
Jeb is a great technician. The availability of parts and scheduling of work is another story altogether. Why did it Sears 9 weeks to fix a washing machine? At least 3 appointments were missed due to over scheduling work for your technicians. The repair of our refrigerator is delayed exactly the same length of time and the same reasons. I'm a dissatisfied customer!
