Let me say first, the tech they sent was awesome. He gets 5 stars. SEARS, as a company that cares about the consumer 0 stars. This repair tech was the 4th to come for the same issue. This tech at least, ordered us a new part to see if that fixed the issues. We will see once the part comes in.

We have been through 3 visits and 3 days of lost work so far. Range is still not 100% operational. Need to take another day off for a fourth visit. Maybe they will get it right this time. Will never use again.

The technician was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with service.

Was able to get the part that day and repair my refrigerator

I am so glad I called Sears to fix my Samsung washer. They were quick and efficient. The Samsung Company was a nightmare to deal with and the Sears service was quick and easy to use. I will never purchase another Samsung appliance (and I own 6 at the moment? due to their terrible customer service/repair service. I will shop with Sears from this day forward. Easy peasey.

My oven stopped working a week before Christmas. I used the Sears Home Service for the first time. The technician was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job fixing the problem!
