We have been without our refrigerator since the first week of May. First service call on May 27 the tech was here for hours. Ordered parts. Second service call June 5. Tech installed parts. Refrigerator worked for a few hours then quit again. Called Sears. First "emergency" repair appt is June 9. So no refrigerator for over a month. Not a good thing.We understand how important a refrigerator is to a home and regret this repair has been so drawn out. We hope our repair team was able to fix this issue on 6/9.
