Polite & informative
Rick explained what was wrong and showed me the damage on the piece that needed replaced, which he had on his truck. And he vacuumed out any dust inside the of my dryer that had been made by the worn out piece!

Aaron seemed to understand the model of freezer we have and common problems that cause freezing up and loud buzzing noise. Got it back up and running in just a few minutes. Now we will see if it drains and defrosts like it should.

Dishwasher
Rick our repairman was knowledgeable and courteous. Getting our parts , however, was an experience, it had to be ordered 3 times before we finally got them which took about 2-3 weeks longer than it should have. Our dishwasher is finally working for which I am grateful.

Rick was very polite/nice. Did a thorough job of inspecting the washer to determine everything that was wrong. Parts were ordered & shipped to our home. Then an additional appointment to get everything installed & our washer is up & working again. Great job!
