  5. Poor service. The technician is not a refrigeration tech.

    The service Tech. was late, fumbling and not a professional tech. He was as phony as $3.00 bill. Never send him to my home again..

  6. Incomplete repair

    Technician claimed he fixed it but replace a part that didn’t fix issue. Very difficult to get someone to talk to about issue and to get someone to come back. I paid for a repair that wasn’t done!

    Technician was polite and on time. Very knowledgeable and thorough with the job at hand. Any questions I had, he was able to answer. Have always received excellent service with the techs I have engaged in the past.
