    Roger was wonderful! He helped to teach me about my 2 year old washing machine while he fixed it…nothing that anyone else had ever done before! I now have a new appreciation for this machine, as I never fully understood why my 'blacks' always had leftover detergent on them when finished washing. Not even the instruction book told me how to properly use it! Thank you, Roger, for all of your excellent service!

  2. Terrible results

    Two times out to repair a Brand New Refrigerator and both time complete failure. Plus it took over two weeks to schedule repairs. I find that totally unacceptable. One would expect a service call within a day or two for a new refrigerator that is leaking water from the freezer into the refrigerator. I did some investigation online and I think I could repair the brand new refrigerator, but, for some reason, I think a new refrigerator should not require me to repair it.

    Communicated on line via chat with tech. I explained the problem, I had no power to the control panel. I asked if I could fix it my self. The tech said no I needed a service call at $55.00. Appointment made for between 8:00 am noon. I said OK. Repair tech showed up at 11:40. Came in and asked a bunch of questions never asked in chat. Asked" is power on a switch on the wall?" I said I did not remember there being a switch. He states "in home of this age they often placed a switch for power to the dishwasher on the wall" reached over flicked switch. Dishwasher worked! Ended up being charged $ 100 ,almost double the quote, for flipping a switch the on line chat tech never even suggested!

  6. Tech was very polite and was very good at his job

    Very pleased with both techs that came out. If not for them i would be done buying from sears! What it took to get the tech out is unexcusable! Customer service on the phone, was hung up on multiple times, waited a month for appt noone ever showed! Took 3 weeks to get 2nd appt. But once the two gentleman came they save you a customer.
